01Does DV replace my CRM?
No. DV sits before your CRM and works with it. Every submission reaches your CRM, autoresponder or Google Sheet with its verdict and note, so your existing workflows act on the decision.
02What do ACT, DELAY and FILTER mean?
ACT means the demand is validated enough to act on now. DELAY means it is uncertain or incomplete, so hold it for nurture or review. FILTER means it is weak, fake or suspicious, so keep it out of sales follow-up and automation. Nothing is deleted.
03Can DV detect bots or AI-generated submissions?
DV checks how every form was filled, including timing, pasting and edits, and weighs that against the visitor's real journey and verified identity. How a form was filled never decides a verdict on its own, so a real buyer who writes with AI is not penalized.
04How is pricing calculated?
By validations per month, not by seats. A validation is one form submission that DV checks and decides on.
05Is there a free trial?
No. Instead, your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, monthly or annual. Extra packs and the DOI add-on are not covered.
